Incorporated in the state of Illinois, it has given tens of thousands of dollars to the Ronald McDonald House at Children's Memorial Hiospital in Chicago during the first ten years.

Sensing the need to provide a mechanism for "little dreams" to become a reality on a local level, the Board Of Directors decided to change the focus of their efforts in 1990. What better cause than to fulfill the dreams of Greater Will County's own terminally ill children?

The annual fund-raising goal is $50,000. Contributions in the form of gift donations, monetary donations, ticket sales and individual or corporate sponsorships will be the primary fund-raising tools used by the Wish Upon A Star Foundation.
